Around Sparta
- MAJ John Dinges is presently living in suburban Washington D.C. and serving at the Pentagon. John has left the Field Artillery (for good) and transitioned into an Operations track where he is involved in Operational Staffing of the U.S. Army.
- MAJ Eric Larson is once again in England, an hour from his parents' house, and living in an English village. His wife Maite, and children, Nathan 12, Elliott 6, and Emma 4 all love it there. The younger two wear uniforms to the local English primary school and are developing accents. Eric is a Middle East FAO working in the EUCOM Joint Analysis Center, part of the J2; he served in Iraq with 5th and 10th SF Groups last year
- Jon, Laura, Savannah (2), and Gideon (7 mos) Fox now live in Charlottesville, VA.
- Al Brenner, is in Chicago with wife Juliann and children Luke and Olivia; Al works for Avon Corporation.
- The Reese family, which includes Drew (12), Allison (5), and twins Natalie and Brooke (3), lives in Bakersfield, CA; Bryan directs marketing for a prominent farming company, Bolthouse Farms.
- MAJ Doug Winton is serving with 3ID in Balad, Iraq, 30 miles north of Baghdad, in the Brigade Tactical Command Post (TAC) where he helps to integrate all available brigade assets in fighting the enemy around LSA Anaconda.
